Lean Six Sigma - Yellow, Green and Black Belt

Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt

These informative and engaging virtual sessions cover the entire Yellow Belt Body of Knowledge needed for taking the certification exam, as well as lean tools using the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control (DMAIC) methodology.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

This course teaches you the DMAIC (define-measure-analyze-improve-control) methodology using examples from across industries. You will learn to define improvement projects, serve on Black Belt teams or lead Green Belt teams in process improvement projects to satisfy the voice of the customer and reduce variation.

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training will bring both Green and Black belt participants together ensuring consistent Green Belt level knowledge in the principles and practices of Lean and Six Sigma. Black Belt participants will return for a deeper dive into the Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and bring the participant to the level of Black Belt, able to lead project teams to achieve breakthrough business improvements for their organizations.

Provides you with the ability to apply lean tools and methods (leveraging PDCA and A3 within a project scenario) to review, analyze, and solve case study-specific business problems in manufacturing and service/transactional organizations.

ASQs Quality 101

Quality is everyone’s responsibility. Meet organizational needs for quality knowledge and competency through ASQ’s Quality 101. Increase your expertise in the practices and principles of quality improvement, including PDCA, improvement teams, and various quality tools. Quality 101 can be used to prepare for the Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA) certification exam.

Supplier Quality Professional - An Introduction

Describes quality and engineering tools you can use to manage suppliers across all seven phases of the supplier management process; Risk Management, Selection, Part Qualification, Evaluation—Problem Identification, Development and Improvement, Performance Monitoring, Supplier Re-evaluation
