ROADMAP CERTIFICATIONS:

We’ve organized our courses into five levels, starting with the Global Excellence Gateway Certification and ending with the Master Quality Architect Certification. Each level builds on the last, making sure you get a comprehensive understanding as you move from a beginner to a master.

Once you have completed the required set of courses for a milestone, you can apply for the milestone certificates. You need to provide links to the Udemy Certificate of Completion for the required courses.

For getting access to the exam and the certificate, please follow these steps.

Step 1: Complete the Udemy Course(s)

Once you complete the Udemy course(s), you receive the Certificate of Completion from Udemy.

For the next step, you will need the link to YOUR Certificate of Completion. You can get this link by visiting the course you have completed on Udemy and clicking on the "Get certificate" icon. (Use a PC or Laptop for these steps)

This will open the Udemy certificate. Copy the URL/link of this certificate. See the snapshot below. You will need this URL/link for Step 3 below.

Step 2: Join the Exam Site for Registration Forms

Register and join this course. https://learn.qualitygurus.com/courses/registration-forms

This course has application forms for our Certification Exams.

TIP 1: Use your personal email address (e.g. Gmail) instead of your company email address. Your company's email server might block the confirmation email.

TIP 2: Whatever email you use for site registration, please use the same email address for all further steps.

Step 3: Apply for the Exam

Apply for the free certification exam using the forms inside the course you joined in Step 2. There are separate forms for each exam. Please use the correct application form for the course you have completed.

Fill in all details, including your Udemy Certificate link (as discussed in Step 1 above).

NOTE 1: Quality Gurus Inc. reserves the right to refuse issuance of a certificate at our discretion should any unusual activity or non-compliance with our terms be observed during the certificate validation process. This measure is to ensure the integrity and merit of our certification standards.

NOTE 2: You can apply for only 3 Quality Gurus Inc accredited certificates per month (31 days window), based on the course completion date on your Udemy certificates. For example, if you completed 4 Udemy courses in September 2024, you can apply for only 3 accredited certificates, even if you apply later.

TIP 1: In the form fill-in the same email that you used for registration in the Step 2 above. That way all your certificates will be linked to a single email address.

TIP 2: Just apply once for the exam, and wait for the approval. Each application is manually reviewed for approval. Do not send multiple applications.

Step 4: We Approve your Application

Our team will manually review your application. We will check your Udemy Certificate to ensure that you have completed the Udemy course taught by Sandeep Kumar. We will also check if your name in the application matches with the Udemy Certificate link.

Once we are satisfied, your application will be approved (or rejected). On approval, you will receive a confirmation email.

Typically we try to approve the application in 24 hours. However, in exceptional cases, it might take up to 7 days. Please wait for the confirmation and do not submit duplicate applications.

If you do not receive a response in 48 hours,

1. Check this link ( https://learn.qualitygurus.com/mycourses ). You might have already been approved but the email might have been lost in the spam folder. There is a possibility that the access email might have gone in the spam folder or was blocked by the corporate server.

Step 5: Take the Test

Using the link in the email, you can appear in the exam. 

The exam would take from 15 minutes to 60 minutes, depending upon the course.

You can take the exam up to three times, and you must complete it within 30 days of admitting to the exam. Your membership to the exam will expire in 30 days.

If you fail in the exam in all three attempts, you can request for additional 3 attempts by paying a processing fee of USD $20, using the below link"

Step 6: Celebrate and Share

Once you pass the exam, we will email your Verified Badge and Certificate link. You can download a copy of the certificate or share it on LinkedIn or any other social media.

TIP: It might take up to 60 minutes to get the certificate email after passing the exam. Please be patient!
