If so, you are now eligible to take the Certification Exam conducted by Quality Gurus Inc. for FREE. After completing these certification exams, you will receive a digitally verifiable badge and certificate from Quality Gurus Inc. (Example Certificate)

For getting access to the exam and the certificate, please follow these steps.

Step 1: Complete the Udemy Course

Once you complete the Udemy course, you receive the Certificate of Completion from Udemy.

For the next step, you will need the link to YOUR Certificate of Completion. You can get this link by visiting the course you have completed on Udemy and clicking on the "Get certificate" icon.

This will open the Udemy certificate. Copy the URL/link of this certificate. See the snapshot below. You will need this URL/link for Step 3 below.

Step 2: Join the Exam Site for Registration Forms

Register and join this course. https://learn.qualitygurus.com/courses/registration-forms

This course has application forms for our Certification Exams.

TIP 1: Use your personal email address (e.g. Gmail) instead of your company email address. Your company's email server might block the confirmation email.

TIP 2: Whatever email you use for site registration, please use the same email address for all further steps.

Step 3: Apply for the Exam

Apply for the free certification exam using the forms inside the course you joined in Step 2. There are separate forms for each exam. Please use the correct application form for the course you have completed.

Fill in all details, including your Udemy Certificate link (as discussed in Step 1 above).

TIP: Just apply once for the exam, and wait for the approval. Each application is manually reviewed for approval. Do not send multiple applications.

Step 4: We Approve your Application

Our team will manually review your application. We will check your Udemy Certificate to ensure that you have completed the Udemy course taught by Sandeep Kumar. We will also check if your name in the application matches with the Udemy Certificate link.

Once we are satisfied, your application will be approved (or rejected). On approval, you will receive a confirmation email.

Typically we try to approve the application in 24 hours. However, in exceptional cases, it might take up to 7 days. Please wait for the confirmation and do not submit duplicate applications.

If you do not receive a response in 48 hours,

1. Check this link ( https://learn.qualitygurus.com/mycourses ). You might have already been approved but the email might have been lost in the spam folder. There is a possibility that the access email might have gone in the spam folder or was blocked by the corporate server.

Step 5: Take the Test

Using the link in the email, you can appear in the exam. 

The exam would take from 15 minutes to 60 minutes, depending upon the course.

You can take the exam any number of times, but you must complete it within 30 days of admitting to the exam. Your membership to the exam will expire in 30 days.

There is a $20 processing fee for extending the time. But we are sure you will not need that.

Step 6: Celebrate and Share

Once you pass the exam, we will email your Verified Badge and Certificate link. You can download a copy of the certificate or share it on LinkedIn or any other social media.

TIP: It might take up to 60 minutes to get the certificate email after passing the exam. Please be patient!
