The American Society for Quality (ASQ) has updated the body of knowledge for its Certified Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) certification effective from September 2019.
The most significant change in 2019 Body of Knowledge is the removal of constructed response part of the exam. Earlier the exam consisted of two parts:
Part 1: Constructed response part, where you were expected to write an essay to address a problem statement. (This part now has been removed)
Part 2: Multiple choice questions. Earlier this exam had 150 questions, and now these have been increased to 165 questions.
