People Power is most critical to the successful execution of Six Sigma
by Wei Wei Liau - Sunday, February 7, 2010, 10:57 PM
The 2 key components of Six Sigma, namly People Power and Process Power, in itself, it all boils down to have qualified people to identify critical factors that leads to customer satisfaction before we can translate the root causes to apply the DMAIC or DMADV process that will bring about higher profits for the company.  Then, is there any clear rules/yardsticks to measure the qualification of the champions before starting a Six Sigma project?
