The six sigma will not help to manage a people or persons, this help improve your quality of work, product, stability & capability.

Apparently, Six Sigma may not serve to manage people because it is Customer-focussed. However, it is impossible to reap the gains of Six Sigma without the utilisation of the "People Power". Listening to the voice of the employees helps in Project selection and improvement.

Involving the employees is the fuel that drives the process that will eventually lead to the to the manufacturing of a Six Sigma products. People management is therefore inevitable.
