Using six sigma a company can reduce its cost and satisfy customers. Please note that the key concept behind “six sigma approach” is that a person works in half of the permissible limit. The basic steps to implement “six sigma process” are as follow: •Define the design/Redesign goals, scope and requirement •Measure to establish baseline performance •Analyze the critical element •Improve design and implementing new process (Design the new process, Refine the design of new process, Implement the new process) •Control the new process(verify result and maintain performance) What do you say?? |
