By reducing tume to tear down and setup or for surgeries they can conduct more surgeires in a day with less waste. This benefits the center because they can draw physicians and they can increase revenue by increasing procedures. They have multiple customers, doctors, patients, employees. By reducing procedure times can help in numerous ways. |
