3. Classification (whether the observation made above was a minor non-conformity, a major non-conformity or an opportunity for improvement)
4. Applicable ISO 9001 clause
To maintain confidentiality, please do not include organization's name or any person's name.
Other three posts (for balance 5% marks) should be your comments on the case histories of your fellow auditors in this forum.
